These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Woo Smart Discounts plugin, website, and related services operated by Sparkle Infotech ("we", "us").

1. License & Free Trial

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin during an active free trial or after purchasing a Pro license. The free trial length is defined on our website at signup time.

When your trial expires or your Pro license is not valid, plugin features on your WooCommerce store will stop working until you purchase or renew Pro.

2. Prohibited Use

• Removing, bypassing, or modifying license verification code
• Sharing your license key or trial access with unauthorized third parties
• Using the plugin on more domains than your plan allows
• Redistributing the plugin ZIP without written permission

Violating these rules voids your license. We may refuse support and future updates.

3. Plugin Download

Plugin downloads are available only to users with an active free trial or a valid paid Pro license. Download links are time-limited and tied to your account email.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pro purchases are processed through our payment provider (Paddle). License keys are issued after successful payment. Refund requests are handled according to our refund policy stated at checkout.

5. Support & Updates

Support and plugin updates are provided only to customers with a valid license or active trial, at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer

The plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the plugin.
